The Role
Front Desk Team Member (Part/ Full-time)
As a Programme Coordinator & Client Experience Officer, you will be the friendly face and voice of our swim academy, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive and memorable. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and the families warmly and assisting them with inquiries, registrations and scheduling.
- Providing information about our swim programmes, facilities and policies with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Handling phone, email and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Managing client accounts, payments and records accurately.
- Resolving client concerns and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our school’s services.
- Collaborating with swim coaches and other team members to coordinate class schedules and maintain a smooth operation.
- Ensure that the facility’s hygiene standards and conducive environment is maintained at all times.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for swimming and genuine desire to promote water safety and enjoyment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but no required.
Swimming Teacher (Part-time)
- Enjoy being with young children in an aquatic environment
- Positive energy and passion
- Able to work on weekends
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
What we’re looking for
- Swimming Teacher qualification an advantage
- CPF/FA certification an advantage
- Able to work on weekends – ideally 3 shifts (AM or PM) per week
- Positive energy and passion
- Enjoy working with young children in an aquatic environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
